One patient died due to doctor negligence. In the skin disease, the patient was given cancer medicine by the doctor, due to which he died. After two years in the case, the court of Special Chief Judicial Magistrate Sudesh Kumar has ordered to register a case against Dr. Abir Saswat.
डॉक्टर की लापरवाही की वजह से एक मरीज की मौत हो गई। त्वचा की बीमारी में मरीज को डॉक्टर ने कैंसर की दवा दे दी थी जिसकी वजह से उसकी मौत हो गई थी। मामले में दो साल बाद विशेष मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट सुदेश कुमार की अदालत ने डॉ. अबीर सास्वत के विरुद्ध मुकदमा दर्ज करने का आदेश दे दिया है।
